2002 -present

SAP Senior Business Analyst for Logistics in Orange SA, Lausanne, Switzerland.

Expert in SAP R/3 modules: MM (processes, configuration, interfaces with FI and SD), BC (Business Workflow, ABAP reporting), all in versions 4.6B.

Expert in SAP SRM 3.5 (processes, configuration, interface with R/3 and Requisite catalogue, workflow).

Knowledge of HTML interfaces (Internet Transaction Server and Web Application Server). Knowledge of Business Connector.


On-going responsibilities:


  • Full cycle project management: organisation, business requirements analysis, feasibility study, implementation, test and go-live support.

Engaged in feasibility study of SAP R/3 upgrade from v.4.6B to v.mySAP ERP 2004. Responsible for the study in the Logistics area as well as for service provider communication management and overall study acceptance.

Currently responsible for processes test and redesign in the new release in the MM area as well as for workflow and SAP SRM integration.

August 2005 – December 2005

Phoenix – SAP Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Compliance / Fixed Assets

Was responsible for MM processes redefinition and reconfiguration   both in SAP R/3 and SAP SRM in order for the network purchasing process being SOX–compliant.

December   2004 – July 2005

SAP SRM / EOS Roll-Out. Purchase requests through the web – Processes enhancements and Roll-out.

Was responsible for technical project management during whole project life cycle, including processes roll-out, enhancements definition, SAP SRM configuration controll, SAP BW (Business Warehouse) integration controll and workflow redefinition for shopping cart approval.  

September 2003 – March 2004

SAP SRM / EOS Marcom Pilot. Purchase requests through the web – pilot project for Marketing Department.

Was responsible for technical project management during whole project life cycle, including processes definition, SAP SRM and Requisite configuration controll, integration with backend system (SAP R/3), workflow definition for shopping cart approval as well as web layout and functionality modifications.  

March – July 2003

Employee Self Services. Self-data management by employees on the web through SAP ESS.

Was responsible for technical project management, including implementation, user acceptance tests and go-live support. Involved in workflow development for leave request approval as well as web layout and functionality modifications.

March – December 2002

Strategic Partner Cost Control Tool.

Web portal implementation for strategic partners to facilitate network services purchasing process.

Was responsible for purchasing process definition in R/3 as well as MM configuration. Also involved in interface definition between portal and R/3 for master data transfer, requisition creation and service entry.


All projects wereimplemented using internal Orange CH methodology. Except for specific cases wasengaged in the whole project life cycle, i.e. organisation, analysis, design,implementation, test, and go-live support.




SAP R/3 system senior analyst in PTC Sp. z o.o., ERA GSM, Warsaw, Poland.

Expert in SAP R/3 modules: BC (Business Workflow, ABAP reporting, ABAP user dialogs, interfaces), PM, MM, basic knowledge of FI and SD, all in versions 4.5B and 3.0D.

Knowledge of SAP EBP product.


On-going responsibilities:



Workflow system administration and development. Enhancements of workflow for purchase requisition approval, purchase order approval, incoming invoices approval. Workflow system optimisation.


Network procurement process support (PM, MM and AM modules). Involved in solving more difficult issues raised by users and modification requests as a member of the second line of SAP help team.





Enterprise Buyer Professional (EBP) implementation project.

Responsible for implementation of workflow functionality in EBP system and appropriate changes of workflow in R/3 (backend system for EBP). Have accomodated standard EBP workflow for shopping basket approval and goods receipt/service confirmation approval.


SD module implementation project (together with On-line Store Internet Application Component).

Was responsible for enhancement of On-line Store IAC. Was engaged in R/3 transactions and HTML templates modifications. During first phase of the project was involved in interface development that will send information about financial documents to external application.


R/3 upgrade project. Upgrade from v. 3.0D to v. 4.5B. Was responsible for upgrade of investment procurement processes (PM and MM modules), upgrade of custom modifications, and incoming invoice approval workflow. Engaged in testing and implementing new functionality available in 4.5B release. Also was responsible for establishment of user authorities control based on activity groups for the above-mentioned modules.


GSM Network Procurement Process Enhancements project. Implementation of processes for equipment capitalisation, relocation, dismantling and retirement. Involved in system functionality investigation and configuration. PM, MM, AM and CO modules integration was an outcome of the project. Also was responsible for custom enhancements using ABAP interactive reporting.


GSM Network Procurement Process project. Implementation of processes for network structure reflection, ordering, procurement and capitalisation of equipment. Engaged in system functionality investigation   and configuration as well as in modifications development. Involved in PM, MM, AM modules integration and ABAP reporting.


Most of project wereimplemented in cooperation with Accenture (and earlier with AndersenConsulting). AC specific methodology was used.

Last project (EBP implementation)is implemented in cooperation with SAP Poland and with ASAP methodology.

Was engaged in the followingproject phases: design and prototype, testing, training and support.
