unfortunately, I can't pay the bill via PayPal, because there is an unknown technical problem I couldn't fix. I have already send a message to PayPal. Until now I have got no answer. Is there no other way to pay the bill? Possibly via eBanking?
Or if someone is going to France next week, he could take the money with him?
