Ich habe hier drei Formulierungsvorschläge für dich. Den Rest kannst du meiner Meinung nach lassen, da verständlich.
„Während dieser Zeit wurde ich doch einige Male gefordert und sah dies als Herausforderung an, allerdings brachte mich dies gerade durch das sprachliche Problem einige Male unter Druck.“
Mein Vorschlag:
During this period I have been challenged by my tasks several times and I have endeavoured to master them. Sometimes it was stressful for me just because of the language problems.
„Wie ich dich spüre, suchst du jemanden, der sich zu 100% für diesen Job einsetzen kann.“
Mein Vorschlag:
I imagine that you are looking for someone who is able to commit himself to the job with a 100% involvement.
“the more it is important, that there is a solution that makes both happy.”
Mein Vorschlag:
... the more it is important, that there is a solution that is satisfying for both of us.
