Guck mal auf S. 6921 - da ist der alte Beitrag, den dir Wollemaus korrigiert hat. Für "che peccato che..." gilt dasselbe wie für "mi dispiace che" (congiuntivo):

Che peccato che l'apertura del locale sia stata rinviata/spostata".
