die Gefühle sich noch verschlimmern = Ist es damit nicht gemeint, dass die Gefühle stärker werden? Wenn ja, dann würde ich sagen:
mentre i sentimenti stanno diventando ancora più forti
... si sveglia l'incredibile vicinanza
Sogno acchiappato ....
(Diese letzten 2 Sätze gefallen mir nicht so sehr, aber ich habe momentan auch keine andere Lösung)
Und jede bringt mich Dir näher! (Jede Stunde?)
E ogni ora (jede Stunde) mi avvicina a te / mi porta più vicino a te
