Wenn sie alleine verwendet werden, dann nur mit "avere": non ho potuto, non ha voluto,etc.
Wenn danach das Infinitiv eines intrans. Verbs folgt, dann wird meistens mit dem "servile" des Infinitiv kombiniert: non sono potuto andare, non è potuto venire etc. (bei intrans. Verben ist "avere" inzwischen auch erlaubt: non ha voluto andare, non ha potuto venire...etc.
Stilistisch ist es nicht besonders schön..;-((
