Bitte um Korrektur.
Dear
I m already registered for the ....Diploma Course last year.But it was difficult for me to follow the Course.Especially in the months when I’m in India, because I hav the most of the time no internet. Is it possible to continue the Course in the next year?

Man hätte dein Anliegen so auf jeden Fall verstanden.
Hier mein Vorschlag:
