A: How do you plan to travel round Britain? By Train? ( we/ hire)
B: No, WE ARE GOING TO HIRE A CAR.

3) Your friend has two Young children. She wants to go out tomorrow evening. You offer to look after the children.
A: I want to go out tomorrow evening, but I haven´t got a Babysitter. (I look after)
B: That`s no Problem. I WILL LOOK AFTER THEM.

6) You have already arranged to have lunch with Susan tomorrow.
A: Are you free at lunchtime tomorrow? ( have lunch)

Bei Nr. 5 bin ich mir gar nicht sicher gewesen. Ich habe aufgrund des Signalwortes "maybe" auf "will" geschlossen. Die Antworten, die groß geschrieben sind, sind meine Antworten:-)

Re: Hallo, ...
Hallo!
Ich schlage Folgendes vor:

zu 1) "I'm making another appointment".
2 und 3 scheinen mir okay.
zu 4) "I'm turning on the light."
zu 5) "What are you going to have?"
zu 6) "No, I'm going to have lunch with Susan."

Ciao, Tamy.

Danke: Re: Hallo, ...
Vielen Dank, Tamy! Nr. 4 stimmt aber nicht - denk ich, da ich nur will und going to verwenden sollte. Lg Lisa

Re:
Hallo Lisa!
Kleiner Einspruch meinerseits.
Die Aufgabenstellung heißt (s.o.): Use the present continuous (i am doing), going to or will.

Die im Satz 4 von mir verwendete Form ist das sog. 'present continuous'!
Also: I'm doing ... (wobei 'doing' durch die jeweils konkrete Tätigkeit ersetzt wird; also z.B. John is flying to New York tomorrow. Oder eben hier: I'm turning on ...).

Ciao, Tamy.
