Nachdem ich nächste Woche ein Referat über Spanien habe, habe ich mich gefragt, was die berühmtesten/bedeutensten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind. Bei Google findet man ja wirklich viele Dinge zu dem Thema, aber welche Sehenswürdigkeiten wirklich Bedeutend sind habe ich leider nicht raus gefunden.
also ich denke eines der bedeutesten und für mich interessantesten sehenswürdigkeiten spaniens ist der Jakobsweg, santiaogo de compastela.

Tipp: Spanien ist so ein vielfältiges Land. Konzentrier dich doch auf eine Region, z.B. Andalusien, Kastilien mit der Hauptstadt Madrid oder den Asturien/Galizien im grünen Norden. Es ist fast unmöglich, dieses vielseitige Land in einen einzigen Vortrag zu packen. Und ausserdem kannst du so auch gezielter googeln.

Ja, das ist ja das Problem, dass es über Spanien so viel zu sagen gibt. ;-) Das Problem is nur, dass das Referat für den Englischunterricht ist und man da nur so ca. 10 Minuten reden soll/muss. Und deshalb bin ich eben am Überlegen, was am "Wichtigsten" an Spanien ist.
Ist stell mal rein, was ich schon alles über Spanien habe... (nicht auf Rechtschreibfehler bzw. Ausdruckfehler achten, das muss ich, wenn ich es dann mal fertig habe verbesserb lassen. ;-))

Spain is widely known for its Flamenco music and dance, bull-fights, fantastic beaches and lots of sunshine, but Spain has to offer much more than that. It is - and has been for thousands of years - one of the cultural centers of Europe. It is a fascinating country to know and to know more about it and therefore I am going to tell you more about Spain.
In the national language Spain is called "Reino de España".
Geography:
Spain is located at the Iberian Península and borders on France, Portugal and Andorra. It also includes the Balearic Islands in the Mediterranean Sea, the Canary Islands in the Atlantic Ocean and a number of uninhabited islands on the Mediterranean side.
Spain is the second largest country in Western Europe. It is about 505,000 square km large.
It has also is the second highest on altitude. It is at an altitude of 650 m above sea level.
Spain is divided into 50 provinces, grouped into 17 autonomous communities.
There are also five major mountain ranges in Spain.
The five ranges are the Sistema Iberico, Cordillera Cantabrica, Sierra Nevada, The Pyrenees, and the Mulhacen this is the highest mountain range.
The highest mountain in Spain is Pico de Teide in Tenerife with 3,718m.
Madrid is the capital and the largest city in Spain. It is located on the river Manzanares in the center of the country.
Languages:
Nowadays five languages are spoken in Spain. Spanish (Castilian) is the official language in all over the country. But they are also speaking Galician, Basque (Euskarian), Aranès and Catalan.
Politics:
The Spain’s government is the parliamentary monarchy. This means that Spain has a king and a parliamentary government.
Spain’s President is José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero. Spain's king is Juan Carlos I. Spain entered NATO 1982 and on first January 1986 the European Union.

This is a really big tourist attraction.
This takes place in the week of 7th through the 14th in July. At 8:00 a.m. a young person, mainly a boy, will run in front of all the bulls and lead them through town from the pen to the fighting ring.
The 'Tomatina' Tomato Fight:
La Tomatina is a festival held on a Wednesday at the end of August at Buñol. The tomato fight has been a strong tradition in Buñol since 1944 simply for fun and pleasure.
Tens of thousands people come from all over the world to fight in a harmless battle where more than one hundred tons of over-ripe tomatoes are thrown in the streets.
Flamenco:
Flamenco is a folk art, around 200 years old. It is from Southern Spain. Flamenco exists in three forms: Cante, the song, Baile, the dance, and Guitarra, guitar playing. The source of Flamenco lies in the tradition of singing. The singers' role is very important. Flamenco dance has complex patterns of rhythm and footwork.
The ladies wear long dresses often with many frills.
Way of St. James:
The Way of St James or its Spanish name the Camino de Santiago, is the pilgrimage to the cathedral of Santiago de Compostela in northwest of Spain where the apostle Saint James the Great is said to be laid to rest.
The Way of St James is one of the most important Christian pilgrimages and it existed for over 1000 years.
Today thousands of pilgrims walk this way. These modern-day pilgrims walk for weeks or months to visit the city of Santiago de Compostela. Some pilgrims travel on horseback, by donkey or come by bicycle.

Ohne mich jetzt selbst loben zu wollen, ich finde das Referat auch ziemlich gut. Hab mir für dieses Referat ja auch ziemlich viel Zeit genommen und Mühe gegeben. Hoffe nur, dass ich es auch so gut vortragen kann.
Dich interessiert Spanien sehr, oder? (Hab ich in deinem Profil gelesen. ;-)) Ungefähr so wie du Spanien liebst, liebe ich Italien. *gg* Bin danach ganz verrückt, nur leider war mein letztes Referat schon über Italien. ;-)
